I have enjoyed using PheedLoop. It was easy to setup and attendees liked the networking functions. Join the Discussion group, we've shared some best practices on using the platform.

@Jordan I'm happy with Pheedloop, but always looking for other options.

I've tried the Meeting Exchange RFP tool and it helped me a lot. Saved a ton of time.

For my last online meeting I used google and submitted details directly to the provider. It took a lot of time, but eventually found the solution I needed.

It takes time - but reaching out to each individual provider helps to build a relationship with the sales person. So many demos!

I sat in on a demo of Whova and thought they had a good solution. Depending on your event software sometimes you can package in registration with the platform. Anyone else try others?

Depending on the size of the event, some AV companies have solutions they can offer as well.
